Terms and conditions


In accordance with Italian Law Decree No. 229 of 30 December 2021, in effect from 10 January 2022 until the end of the health emergency, only those individuals who are fully vaccinated, as documented by a valid Green Pass, may be admitted as guests of Tenuta Suvignano. Certification of vaccination will be confirmed upon arrival. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test is not sufficient.

Booking and cancellations

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The deposit is to be 30% of the full cost of the reservation when booked at least 1 month prior to the date of arrival. The full cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking when done less than 1 month prior to the date of arrival. In either case, the full balance is to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.

Reservations may be cancelled at any time without penalty but are non-refundable. Although non-refundable, any amounts paid for the reservation may be used for future bookings.

Payment and billing

Payment of the deposit must be made by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided via email after booking.

Invoices may be requested via email by providing the full name, billing address and taxpayer ID (if applicable).
