The ground floor of Villa Tinaio was once certainly where the farm’s produce was processed and also served as a vast storehouse for that produce. It was later transformed into a series of open-concept lounge areas, which can also be used as one, vast hall covering a total surface area of roughly 300 sq m (3,200 sq ft).
The space is both elegant and practical and is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and art. It is served by ample toilets and a large kitchen and may be used for conferences, business meetings, and other cultural and recreational events.
