Conference hall
The Giovanni Falcone Hall is tucked away in an ancient room featuring a beautiful brick ceiling. The hall was fully renovated in 2019 and can seat up to 50 people, depending on how the space is organised.

Swimming pools
“Clear, sweet fresh water,” wrote the Italian poet Petrarch in the 14th century, and what better place to rest our weary limbs than in the waters of these two stunning pools.

Ancient church
This former parish church, once a place of worship for the residents of Borgo di Suvignano, was abandoned and rebuilt on multiple occasions throughout the centuries. Not currently consecrated, it is a perfect spot for uniquely elegant ceremonies.

Community garden
Test your skills in horticulture as you rediscover the joys of nature and the spirit of community here in our community garden, which we call the Orto della Legalità (a reference to the fight against organised crime and the restoration of mafia assets to the community).

Park
The grounds of the estate, featuring the old-growth oak, cypress and maritime pine that surround the central buildings — what are now known as Villa Tinaio and Casino di Caccia (lit. “Hunting Lodge”), formerly known as Villa Mignanelli — overlook a Tuscan landscape of fields and olive groves.

Multi-purpose areas
A series of open-concept areas make for the ideal setting for conferences, business meetings, and cultural and recreational events of all kinds. The archways separating the various spaces exalt the architecture of this space.
